Scorpio, January 2010
Your Stars:
Mix ups and mayhem might result as some stalled and stuck energies from two retrograding M & Ms melts in your trying to text message hands as opposed to the other way around. That’s right with both mental Mercury the Messenger and aggressive Mister Mars stuck in stall for a good deal of the early part of the month you could experience some difficulty with details and derailed messages pushing all of your buttons as well. In fact, Mars is retrograde in your 10th House of Fame and Recognition so all those well deserved rewards are on hold at the minute. But, only temporarily so. Just slow down and take it one step at a time. Even as your heart starts to beat ten times faster when the New Moon eclipse and Mercury moving forward both quicken your pulse on the 15th. Chances are that someone else will be doing that exact same thing to you too as the eclipse illuminates your 3rd House of Communications (and Siblings too!) Now, from an astrological perspective, everything you’ve got going on around those same middle of the month days might otherwise indicate a loss of something or someone, but, in your specific case, with Venus conjunct Uranus during that exact same time it’s a better bet that you ramp up important connections and critical communications; maybe even with someone you once loved or will in the future. A lot. But back to the beginning. You could see a show of might and force when your two rulers, Mars and Pluto push each other around on the 3rd. You don’t need to pull any punches during these volatile days but you don’t need the drama either so why not just steer clear? Forewarned and all that. And, then, it appears that mighty Mars is still in a crap mood and taking it out on hyou when he meets up with his consort and companion Venus for an awkward moment on the 8th. Just wait. This whole mood shifts inside a couple/few days so just bide your time and wait for the good stuff to come rolling in. And it will, especially when Venus enters Aquarius on the 18th in your 4th House of Home and Family. A tree might grow in Brooklyn but joy and ease and grace are all growing in your house after Mercury moves forward and the New Moon eclipses mid-month. In fact, while Jupiter’s entering Aquarius it’s also sending sweet stuff the way of your 5th House of True Love too. Oh la love! All of a sudden you feel much more idealistic, enthusiastic, optimistic and energized than you have in a long, long time. Innocence and wonder return to the fold and you make no apologies for believing in miracles. Especially the one that’s tugging on your heartstrings. This could be a new romance rekindled from an older one or even a project you’ve previously put aside and now return to. Either way it’s revivifying and electrifying and you are now the envy of the Zodiac. The days following the 26th are earmarked for adventure and fun so be sure to make time to play. And, then, play some more. The Mars and Venus flirtation happening on the 27th gives you more permission to do more of same, so, go for it. You’re about to open a very inspiring and intriguing chapter of your life, but you must remember that you write your own script so accordingly and proactively as well. Now, it’s not all roses when the big guns shoot holes in some of your play plans where your work life is concerned. But most of this showdown happens in the very last days of January so you’ll be OK. Rather, corral your energies and ignore Saturn’s stern with Pluto on the 31st as you keep control and your cool. This is a year that will allow you to achieve and accomplish some dearly held goals and intentions. There’s no reason to race. Slow and steady Scorpio. And see you at the Finish Line.
Your Shui:
The fastest way for you to get to where you’re going is to slow down and take it one step at a time. Running here and there trying to tie up loose ends while Mercury is stuck in retrograde is a fully futile endeavor and complete waste of time. Why not spend yours building your future one brick at a time instead so that when your time finally does come you are jumping off from a really firm foundation? You can trust me when I say that your time is coming soon too, so, let’s get ready. Anytime after Mercury goes direct this month (again, that happens on the 15th) you should create a symbolic mountain of gold and place this outside your main or front door. Or if that isn’t plausible then put them immediately inside that same entry door. The mountain of gold in Feng Shui has many variations but all of them are powerful. Take some medium sized rocks or really small boulders and paint them a golden color and then arrange them in a mound, or mountain outside your entrance. This not only wards off ANY sort of bad luck (ANY sort of bad luck!) but also brings recognition and reward for ALL of your efforts. See, I told you! You’re golden!
